TWinS Bookkeeping, It can be seen as a part of commercial business system or as an independent working solution for bookkeeping. It includes : main books, buyers’ and suppliers’ balance, statement of accounts and interest computing. In other words, it includes complied records and reports, and many other management and information reports. Entry data are taken from other TWINS modules and old DOS software for retail trade.

- arbitrary forming of an accounts plan (alfanumeric) – integrated with partner’s code registers
- forming of different types of documents – the basics of document storage organization
- simultaneous information entries into all files (main book, saldaconti (balance), “ira/ura”
   (book of entry and outgoing accounts which is the basis of statement of accounts at the end
   of the month or year))
- statement of accounts is made automatically
- there exists a possibility of cancelling entries, repairment and deleting of information
   before finishing statement of accounts or by the end of the year
